• "Applicable Law" means all laws, regulations, codes and orders applicable to a User in their jurisdiction of residence or access, including without limitation Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 where relevant.

Access to and use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the conditions set out below.

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or license jurisdiction applicable to the gambling services you intend to access. The Platform is strictly intended for adults. pakgme does not knowingly permit access by minors. If we become aware that a User is under the applicable minimum age, we will take immediate steps to restrict that User's access.

3.2 Legal Capacity

You must not share your login details with any third party. pakgme will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account credentials. 4.3 Account Accuracy

You must ensure that all personal information associated with your account — including name, address, date of birth and contact details — is accurate and kept up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to appropriate authorities where required by law.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, pakgme grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial informational purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publish or commercially exploit any Content from the Platform without express written authorisation from pakgme;
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software or technology associated with the Platform;
• Use the Platform or any Content for any unlawful purpose or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms;
• Scrape, harvest or otherwise collect data from the Platform using automated tools, bots or scripts without prior written consent;

pakgme is an information platform and does not directly process deposits, withdrawals or financial transactions of any kind. Any financial activity — including funding accounts, requesting withdrawals or redeeming bonuses — takes place on the platform of the relevant third-party gambling operator, subject to that operator's own terms and conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pakgme and its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 6, 9, 10 and 12 — shall continue in full force and effect following any account termination or suspension.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is duly incorporated and licensed to operate. To the extent permitted by law, any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Users in Pakistan are reminded that local law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and any provincial or federal regulations applicable to online activities — may independently govern their conduct with respect to online gambling. These Terms do not and cannot override the requirements of Applicable Law in any User's jurisdiction of residence.

pakgme reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.
